Delegation is difficult until the first time someone surprises you by doing something better than you would have done yourself. That is the “aha” moment that changes everything. Yet, it’s still tough to master the art of delegation, whether you’re assigning a task to someone at work or at home. I’m personally hoping that lots of practice will eventually lead to mastery.
